Bonus is paid annually for all permanent or long serving temporary associates employed directly by Linx. On the basis that Linx make a profit then a payment is made to eligible associates each February. The on-target bonus is currently 6% of base salary and is solely based upon company performance for most associates.
Contributory Pension Scheme
Linx offers membership of the Danaher Grouped Stakeholder Pension Plan via Scottish Widows. Currently, Linx will at least match your contribution up to 6% of your salary. Linx also offers the option of joining the pension scheme via salary sacrifice. This is a fully portable and flexible pension plan for all associates.
Group Life Assurance Scheme
This is a non-contributory scheme to which all permanent associates belong. The scheme provides a death benefit of four times salary whilst in employment. If you are a member of the pension scheme you will be covered for a higher benefit of nine-times salary (where the extra five times salary is used to provide an income for your dependants).

Simplyhealth cash plan is a simple and affordable way to help Linx associates claim money back on the cost of everyday healthcare, such as dental treatment, eye tests, physiotherapy, consultations and more.
