Are the laser safety guards bespoke?

Yes. We have an in-house designer to bespoke design the laser guarding to fit your production line.

Will a CIJ’s code wash off a can?

No. We have developed several inks for various industries and purposes. For can coding specifically we know oils and grease may be present. Linx have developed an ink formular that can penetrate those stubborn substances for the coder to mark clear.

Will the machine have start up issues if it has been shut down for a while?

No. Specifically with our CIJ printers, they have been designed with an auto-cleaning system of the print head minimising the need to clean the print head of any mess and to reduce time. They have also been designed for many different industries and can be shut down for 3 months without any need for flushing or draining. These machines are effortlessly integrable, and can be introduced and removed from a production line easily.
